Product Return Policy

Due to the personalized nature of Custom Bars, we cannot accept returns for this product (even if unopened).

For unopened non-Custom Bars products (e.g., Lavender Shampoo Bar, Wild Mint Shampoo Bar, etc.), email claire@herbriva.com for return instructions.

Shipping and Cancellation Notes

• We cannot refund delayed or misplaced shipments, but we will send a replacement order.
• Damaged packages, defective items, or wrong orders: please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
• Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once shipped, the return terms above apply.

• Cancellation 24+ hours before your appointment — full refund or free reschedule
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before — fee is non-refundable, but we'll offer one reschedule where possible
• No-show — fee is non-refundable
• Completed sessions — fee is non-refundable
• If we cancel — full refund or reschedule, your choice
